18:00 Ultra marathons (50, 65, & 75 km) race briefing
*If you will not be present at the KTR race village, you can have a friend or family member retrieve your packet on your behalf with a copy / photo of your ID.
SATURDAY, 30 AUGUST
5:30 Ultra marathons (50, 65, & 75 km) start, race village at Simba Farm
8:00 West Kili Forest 10K start at Simba Farm (11:00 finish line cutoff)
13:00 - 17:00 Packet pickup (half marathon only) and expo
18:00 Half marathon (21km) race briefing
19:00 Ultra marathons finish line cutoff
19:15 Ultra marathons awards ceremonies
SUNDAY, 31 AUGUST
6:15 Transport departs Simba Farm for half marathon start (spectators permitted)
7:30 Half marathon start (Morem)
Shuttles throughout the day from half marathon finish line to race village
14:00 Half marathon finish line cutoff
15:00 Half marathon awards ceremony, Simba Farm race village
